Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!


Pump it up
Pump it up is a 60minute class designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories. This is done through a weight circuit which targets each main muscle group, giving you a full body workout.


Cycle-Away
Also known as spin class, is an intense aerobic workout deigned to help you burn fat and improve your aerobic endurance. The workout consist 45minutes of varying intensities and intervals on a stationary bike.


Express Abs
Express Abs is a 25 min class that is designed to give you a full abdominal workout. It is aimed at improving both the strength and endurance of your core muscles.


Intense boxing
Intense boxing is a 60 minute aerobic class that consist of various boxing combinations and workouts that will help you burn fat and increase your aerobic endurance.
Circuit training
Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.


Aerobics
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is performed in a group setting and lead by a fitness instructor.


Box your abs in
Box your abs in is a class which consist of boxing and ab circuits. These classes are designed to burn calories through an intense aerobic workout, with boxing and also improve your abdominal strength and endurance.
