With the help of our personal trainers staff and state of the art free-weights and pin loaded equipment we can help you stay fit and strong. With the benefits of increasing your strength, improving bone strength and the speed of your metabolism. Wight training is the key to improving your fitness levels and self image.

Fitness/Endurance
Through regular endurance training you can improve your cardiovascular fitness,  lower cholesterol levels and decrease blood pressure, giving you a healthier heart for a healthier life. At Runyaway Fitness we have over 50 cardio machines ranging from treadmills to spin bikes…all to help you condition your body and cardiovascular fitness to maximum levels.

Womens Room
At Runyaway Fitness we have designated section, closed off from the remainder of the gym, for women only which providing you with the privacy to train and exercise in a comfortable and unexposed environment.

Child-minding
At Runyaway Fitness we understand the needs of our customers and promote a family-friendly environment with our child-minding services. This gives parents the opportunity to enjoy our facilities with the peace of mind while our qualified care-takers supervise your children. Please note that child-minding services are available from 9am – 12pm daily or otherwise customised to your needs upon request.
